In World of Warcraft, my pet died and then I die, can I revive my pet somehow?

If you mean a combat pet, yes you can.
Hunters have a ability called ‘revive pet’ that brings it back, it takes a fair amount of mana though.
Warlocks can re-summon their pet/minions with another soul shard/soul gem.
As for non-combative pets, most of them cant fight, so they dont die. Some are semi-combative and usualy are tied to a trinket or other item. If this is the case wait for it to re-charge.
