    You have obviously not done your research to be asking about pet stores. Pet stores get their dog’s from puppy mills. Try going to petco for adopting or find a local shelter …maybe you could also try petfinder.com

    Please forget about pet stores entirely. It depends entirely on where you live. If you’re looking for a specific breed, then do a search for rescues in your county, if not then search for either shelters or your local SPCA.
